In The World

“Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20

God has called his church to be a people who are on a mission. We are In The World when we are sharing the Good News of the Gospel both in our communities and around the world.

Mend Pregnancy Resource Center (https://www.mendpregnancy.org/)

Empowering and providing women with life-affirming alternatives in unplanned pregnancies, the Mend medical clinic provides free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds as well as information and education to help women make informed decisions.  Their highest priority is to introduce people to the One who creates life and deems every life of highest value. Through this, clients recognize their own value. They begin to feel real love and refuse counterfeits.

International Missionaries Supported By Kirk Crossing

Richard and Mary Ballenger

Mongolia

About Their Work

Mongolia V.E.T. Net is a national NGO that has come from the work of Christian Veterinary Mission in Mongolia. The two major ministries of V.E.T. Net are the veterinary ministry and the rural education ministry. Veterinarians play a major role in outreach to herder families as no other profession has access to the herders like their veterinarian. And it would be almost impossible to reach out to the herders in mass without the assistance of remote veterinarians. Our teacher outreach, called “Claim a County,” began in 1996 by helping the teachers and administrators in the small rural schools to improve the learning environment for the children with materials, books, training and often improving the conditions of the school.  A small home-group or church develops in virtually every county where “Claim a County” is implemented. The great challenge is to disciple these rural believers so that they become multipliers and expand the ministry in their area.
