While Jesus’ resurrection from death is the ultimate from death to life story there are several resurrection stories in the Bible. We are currently looking at a few of these passages and seeing what areas God is rising us from. This week we take a look at how God makes us rise in hope. In 1 Kings 17:7-24 we see a widow rise from complete despair to hope through God providing for her physical needs and through bringing her son back to life.
