The glorious story of death turned to life continues with a special vision given to the prophet Ezekiel. In it, a valley full of dry bones are brought to life as Ezekiel declares God’s Word to them. While this is certainly a prophesy regarding God’s restoration of the people of Israel, it’s also something bigger. It is a picture of of how spiritually dead people are made alive by God. God has ordained that His Word and His Spirit are the power by which spiritual regeneration takes place. So, we must continue to submit ourselves to the power of God’s Word & Spirit.
